We want you to love your lighting setup, but if our renter-friendly wall lights aren't the perfect fit for your space, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all adhesive strips and hardware included.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.
Pack with Care
Place the lights, mounting brackets, and remote controls back into their original box to ensure they are protected during transit.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the items, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
